Default Shipping heads for porting..

I've searched around and I'm trying to get some directions from those that have done it. I want to send my heads off for porting and I was wondering if people used 2 smaller boxes or one box for both heads? I hear a good way to go if I put them in the same box is to bolt them together mount surface to mount surface? Any feedback is appreciated.

Ship in separate boxes. Less likely to be damaged and should be cheaper. I wrapped mine in three layers of packing paper, then a layer of cardboard strips taped around, then bubble wrap, then stuffed the final box with ***** of packing paper at least an inch thick. Shipping them together is a pain for the courier and they will probably drop them and throw them around.
