So I wanna know , all the threads and forums don't really give me promise..but here's my build.
•rebuilt lq9(flat top pistons)
•tfs 225 heads
•harland Sharp roller rockers
•tfs 238/242 .595 595 cam
•fast 102 port matched/Holley 92mm tb
•46lbs injectors
1 7/8 long tubes, x pipe true dual
•t56 /410 gears, stock 10 bolt(I know..)
•18inch tire
I know power is subjective, bit has there been any lq9/ls2 builds similar?

Then you're going to have to make some sacrifices.
You're not going to make 500 at the wheels on a 370 and it make power at 2500 RPM. If you want torque when you hit the throttle, swap to an auto trans with a proper converter.
You're also not going to keep duration on the cam super low and make the power you want.

I'd recommend calling Kip at Cam Motion and telling him you want 500whp from your 370. He will set you up with a low lash solid roller cam that will get you 500 HP. Expect the duration to be in the 24x/24x range with .630-.650 lift.
He did an LS2 not long ago with the same heads/intake/exhaust you have and it made 505 at the wheels.

As the others said there will be some trade offs for 500 whp vs low end torque to meet your whp goal. Hawk's Motorsports did a LS2 that made an honest 494 whp with a custom 231/236 cam, 102 LSXR w 102 TB, ported AFR heads, 1 7/8 headers, etc. I think you can get close to the 500whp mark and kept OK bottom end.
