Side Pipes on 2000 WS6

Are there any performance advantages to running side pipes? How do you think it looks on a 4th gen T/A?

Do a search for Brian Wilkerson who was a member on here years ago. He had a killer looking setup that is the only one I've seen done right.

My friend had them on his 1996 ws6 using stock z28 rectangle tips. They don't look too bad.
