Default LSA valve springs

I'm planning on doing a turbo in the future on my c10 keeping my stock 5.3 cam and shooting for about 500 whp. It's been done, just wondering about some valve springs. My dad is doing different springs in his lsa for a 69 camaro and offered to give me the old ones when he does so. I had planned on ls9 springs, but read they were the same part as ls3/ls2 which got me thinking about the LSA springs. Are they as good as ls9 springs? Or are they something closer to stock truck springs like I already have? I've read conflicting answers. Thanks in advance.

Also, the part number for 2014 LSA valve springs would be much appreciated if anybody knows it!

Doesn't have the part number of the springs but it gives the basic info on them in the valvetrain section.
