Rear alternator brace maybe. Not sure.
Edit: looked up some pics of used motors and it doesn't look like the vette used a alt brace on the rear and I didn't see that bracket anywhere on the engine either.

My immediate thought was rear ac compressor support. The problem is that they didn't use that on LS Corvettes. It's either a support off a different car or it's part of an aftermarket setup. Try to find a part number stamped on it and search for that number online.
