I'd call Hawk's Motorsports and ask them. They have a good price on the WSQ hood and have experience with them and various set ups.
FWIW - Fast LSXR 102/nw102/ls3 rails & injectors/FTP 104 fit fine on my stock hood TA even with the tall WS6 lower air box.
