Default 6.0 vacuum to hydroboost brakes

I've been having trouble getting my 6.0 ls to idle. The engine came from a vacuum brake truck, mine has hydroboost. I know everyone says to just plug the vacuum line off, when I plug the line the truck won't idle, sounds good at higher rpms but still rich.
New O2 sensors, plugs, and wires.
Any ideas??

Dumb question - Is the IAC a separate sensor or in the throttle assembly?
