I'm looking to swap out my dying 3.4L with the newer/bigger LY6 6.0L. I can get one from my local parts puller for around $400. I would like people's opinions and advise for things I may need to pull this off (throttle, valves, exhaust, cams, rear ends, ect.). I am wanting to pair this engine with a close-gear ratio T-56 transmission. Thank you all.

OP, you're going to need a k-member, pcm, LS steering rack, motor mounts, car intake, and F-body/GTO accessories. You're also going to need to either modify an LS1 harness or have a custom one built for an LS pcm to work with your gauges, or since you have a 95 car, go with an aftermarket ecu like a Terminator.

I plan to replace the whole front suspension as well as reinforcing the rear end, updating the control arms and lowering springs ect. I also heard a strut tower bar is a great buy for the amount of power this will make.
