Default 2002 Trans Am Gauges resetting while driving

This has me stumped, I’ve read several posts about weird gauge activity but no one seems to have this exact issue. I’ve added a video of what’s happening. It only happens while driving, it will sit parked and none of this happens. I checked my alternator voltage and it was good (14.4v) and checked the battery, found it was on the weak side. Went ahead and replaced it with an Optima yellow top because I’ve got an amp and wanted one anyway, but this problem persists. The car starts and runs fine, and has no other symptoms I’ve noticed. Is this just a gauge cluster gone bad? Or is this something else?

My brother had a similar problem with his 2002 T/A and eventually had the gauge cluster pulled and sent out for repair. That solved the problem for him.
