Does anyone have a connection at DMH? I had some issues with my cutouts not closing all the way. I was able to get a hold of them in March and they requested I send the cutouts back for service. I did and since then I have sent 10-15 emails and left 10-15 voicemails and no response. I’ve heard their customer service isn’t great but I’m pissed. It’s been 5 months and they can’t pick up the phone or respond to an email. I’m wondering if they went out of business? Anyone have info?

Never got a resolution. Out of dozens more calls I reached Dave twice. Both times he promised to send me my repaired cutouts back or new ones. He never followed through. Worst service and I can’t recommend ordering from another company enough. I am completely defeated and am thinking about paying someone in the area to go pick up my cutouts and send them back to me. Terrible

I was never able to get a response from them when I was trying to get some parts for my cutout. Just ended up buying a summit one and being done with it
