Hello to all! Building my first ls, 2006 5.3 l33. So far I知 thinking I知 not gunna touch the bottom end, I知 looking into getting a Fitech ultimate rebel 500hp kit, I will be doing arp head studs, and headman medium headers. I知 not too sure what can I wanna put in it. It痴 going in my 79 z28, rear end has 373 gears, I will most likely be running a 4l60e or 4l80e. I want to be able to really get on the throttle with good response every weekend! Also any other advice on parts would be greatly appreciated! Hopefully looking to make high 400痴 to low 500痴 in the horsepowers! Thanks in advance

Don't do fitech. Use a stock PCM/intake unless you want it just for looks.

ditch the FiTech, factory ecm or any other standalone is better, also why do you need arp headstuds? totally unnecessary at that power level, 500+hp would take a good amount of work out of a 5.3 but mid 400's could be had "cam only" with the right cam

talk to a cam manufacturer about the intended usage of the car and the other specs on it and have them recommend one, dont pick one because it has a "cool" name lol
