Default LS3 416 Random misfire

I have an 01 Camaro with a 416 with Mamo 235 heads. It will randomly have a misfire while I'm driving it. It isn't a crazy miss, but it is still noticeable and will sometimes cause it to backfire at an idle. The weird thing is that it will randomly go away and start running perfect for anywhere from a few minutes to a few drives. I checked wires and plugs, everything seems good and tight, but I can't seem to track down the issue. I did have an issue with my bank 1 o2 fouling out and thought that might have been it, but I think that was actually caused by the misfire. It doesn't show any kind of engine light, but I don't know if that has something to do with my tune and it not having gone through the crank relearn process? Any thoughts or suggestions on how to start diagnosing and where to look? I feel like the issue is going to be electrical in nature, but I am not sure where to start and what to look for. Thanks!
