I'm in the middle of a clutch change so I have great access to the back of the engine. I grounded the engine harness directly to the back of the driver's head but I'm wondering if heat will be a problem in the future? When I did my LS3 swap I couldn't find a bolt/stud with a nut incorporated in the middle to lift the ground off the head. Sorry I don't know what those are called. Should I make finding one a priority or is it ok for the ground to be on the head like this?
