Default Anyone use Michigan Motorsports for a mail order tune?

I have a 5.3 in my chevelle. LS2 intake /injectors, shorty headers, truck Norris cam, 706 heads. 4L60 trans. I realize there are much better parts available but this is what I have. I'm looking to get a mail order tune and was wondering if Michigan motorsports was decent or if anyone had other recommendations.

I had a PCM of NC tune in my Camaro, and it worked great for what it was. But I definitely had gains when I went and had a dyno tune performed. If you're not chasing max power, you should be fine.

Thank you for some options everyone.

Quick question. How much hp is it giving up if you tune to 87 fuel vs 92? I'm only asking as I drive this thing a lot. My 6.0 took a crap so I had this 5.3 in stock so I used that.

On a 5.3? Probably 10-20 HP. If you drive it a lot, I wouldn't worry about it. Just do an 87 tune.

Any updates on that tune? I'm trying to decide between them and TSP. Thanks!

Do a search on the Hptuners forums before getting any mail order tunes. The good ones will probably not be mentioned as much, but the bad ones usually have multiple threads where people had tunes so bad they decided to learn to tune for themselves, or paid someone else to clean things up.
