IROC Motorsports/Mark DeLisle class action
Card is smart, as is PayPal goods and services. Both will credit you back in case of fraud. If someone online refuses PayPal as a payment, chances are high that they are a scammer. I buy a lot of stuff online, and if someone insists on PP friends and family, I still do goods and services and add the fee in. I’ve been scammed once. It won’t happen again.

It is a shame how Mark has handled his business. Years ago 6LE had some unique parts. I sold Mark one of my SLP Iroc spoilers many years ago at a very discounted price so he could use it to make a mold and reproduce them or so he said. The agreement was that I also would get one of the reproductions. I thought I was helping the FBody community. Well he said they'd be too expensive to reproduce and kept it for personal use. Definitely pissed me off but unfortunately nothing I could really do.
One of my friends who's in the Viper community is doing that with a shop that was supposed to do a Calvo twin turbo build for him. The guy shafted my friend over (and many other people) so he gathered a bunch of evidence from other customers and some of the shops employees, handed it all to an attorney and turned him loose. The guy never showed up to his court date and has been on the run ever since LMAO.

He went from IROC Motorsports Inc to LLC, which is in his wife’s name and Inc is in poor standing with the California tax board.
