should i get rid of car for a cobra????? just like it says.... my car is mint!!!! only 14k..... was thinking of getting an 03 but found a sweet 01 conv with 5500 miles roll bar, saleen wing, excaust just a very nice car.... i know already what most of you will say but giving it a shot...

upgrade what you got , heads AFR smallbore 225 72cc , cam , procharger D1sc / street turbo kit 76mm or TWINS , Fuel system and TUNE , 12 bolt 600- 800 RWHP
then forge your engine / tranny . That should cure the ''I wanna go Cobra Mod''

dude dont do it, unless its supercharged(03) i wouldnt do it, your car is beautiful(rare too) and you would be a fool to do something like that. What I can tell is that your becoming bored with your ride and want something new. The only solution...Heads, cam, and juice. That will bring the thrill back to your ride and people will envy you!

If you like driving a truck get a mustang , the 03 04 are getting played out i think i saw my friends grandma driving one

depends what your looking for? Are you looking to go for some sick #'s or what? Because i a lot like you want either car but its a money issue for me. This is how i look at it i can get an LS1 car for cheaper than the cobra but i can only go so far with power before i have to add a power adder and worry about my stock internals. Forged internals + power adder = A lot! Now if you look at the cobra you will pay a little more off the bat for it but you come forged internally and for about $1000 you can buy smaller pulley, idlers, tune, exhaust and you will be looking at 530-550 depening on your prefrence. And you dont have to worry about internals! So its up to you.
