Ok its been over a month since i bought my car which has been nothing but problems. I bought it from a small used car dealer. I talked to the state DMV today and they have not received the title yet. I called the dealer a couple of weeks ago and he assured me it had been sent off. Is thought the dealer has a certain amount of time to send the title off? Is there any legal action i can do? Im sick of this guy screwing me over. Please help!
