Default ignition coil concern

I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with stock LS1 coils? I've got a 02 Z28 with 55,000 miles. My car has a intermitton missfire. I hooked the Tech 2 to the car and checked missfire data and found #7 & #8 cylinder's to have more missfire history than the others. My car has a cam with no tune so it always has a P0300. Missfire counter showed over 18,000 missfires on 7 & 8 and about 10,000 on the other 6 cylinders. The day I hooked the scanner to the car it was not missfiring but has done it since. I also run TR6's gapped at .035 with Taylor wires. Like I said I was just wondering if anyone has had any LS1 coil problems.

My car has 75,000 miles and according to my dynos the car pulls pretty smoothly. If there is really a concern about the coils misfiring MSD makes a nice coil set up for LS1 engines. If you are running a power adder it is probably in your best interest to upgrade the system anyway.
