Nice #'s guys keep them coming. Roarin I dont think any mustang knows what would hit them from a dig against you. My mustang had a converter in it that hit real hard from a dig but I think this LS1 car is gonna be a diff ballgame

Yeah the guy that I raced in his mustang GT didn't know what hit him from a dig or a roll when I was in FL and that was before the new goodies

Thanks. My car runs decent IMO considering it's a high mileage car (108,xxx miles). My raceweight currently is around 3400 pounds with my 175 pound driver. The 7.48 best I ran actually was at a raceweight of 3700 pounds last Fall with a sub par transmission but great air (-1500 DA). If you want to see some impressive numbers, though, look at the top 30 or so on the SI list. Some of those guys are absolutely flying with just bolt-ons. What impresses me is that the bolt-on crowd is horsepower limited by design. Some of those guys are using their available horsepower quite well though. Notice the bump spot is currently 11.80 on that list. I expect that number to be in the mid 11.60's by the end of this year when better weather gets back in here. Also there are probably a few hundred more guys running high 11's/low 12's with just bolt-ons that aren't quite quick enough to make that list. Someone said it earlier and I can't agree more. A stalled LS1 can be lethal, even SI ones.

12.5 @ 107-108 on a 1.7 60' all day long. That's with everything in sig, 900 feet above sea level track and cool temperatures (50-65 degrees). Hotter weather I usually run 12.7-12.8 @ 106-107.

Not as fast as a lot of others here but considering my car is on stock suspension, stock gears and full weight (minus spare and jack) with a 200 lb driver it's not so bad I guess.

full bolt-on, fuddle 3800 2.5 str, 12.8@105 1.804 60fts. elevation and heat in vegas dont make for the most impressive times but the converter knocked off .7 seconds off my old best. A guy came from north carolina and ran a 12.7@106, in north carolina he ran 12.2@108.

My car doesn't chirp the tires normally, but it never really has, prolly the 2.73 gear though. On street tires it will spin if i punch it at about 35 or so, but only when the temp isnt hot. Normally on the drag radials it won't spin the tires if the car is already moving. It all depends on road condition and temp for me.

At 40 no I do not chirp or spin the tires. At 30 though, hell yes! This is because I have 3.23 gears so 31-45 is still kind of a "dead spot". It's worlds better then before the stall but you can still feel some adverse affects of the transmission not downshifting to first.
