It's been in storage on jackstands with the wheels and calipers off. It was bought as an investment, but I want to know how much it could be sold for.

What color is it? Considering the '02 SOM 6-speed WS.6 I was looking at was trying to be sold for 23k (and blue book for one is 20k+ anyway for the mileage), I'm sure it's worth quite a bit. Probably not more than what you paid for it, but worth quite a bit.

yea, if its collectors edition, its going to be a pretty penny. even if its not, with only 300 miles on the clock i would say it could easily go for $25K if not more. im just basing that off the ones around here with around 20K miles and still $23K.

It's very bad for the suspension to hang for 4 years like that. If you're worried about the tires, get some junk wheels and shitty tires to sit it on.

There is a market for non-driven show cars, but I don't think anyone would pay more than the original sticker price for an '02 CETA yet. IMO it's still too new.
Personally my Camaro is very low mileage as well (not 300 low), but if you want to keep the car driveable you need to use it once in a while and keep up on basic maintenance (gas, oil, coolant, etc.). My car has been driven an average of 1,700 miles per year (currently at 13,600) and regular maintenance is done routinely. I get the car on the road at least once every couple weeks for a good long drive during the on-season. For winter storage I have a whole process that I follow every year that's always worked great to keep the car fresh come spring.

cars aren't investments silly...give it 20 years or so and it mighjt be worth a pretty penny...but if you figure storage cost..insurance..ect...over x amount of years to have it worth something...you were probably better off just banking the cash, but to each there own

RPM WS6, I understand your point, and I'm with you, the car is too new. Its not optioned like the older cars were, I just dont see it being worth much more than original (like you said) really its just a black and yellow WS6.

Long term, it may still not be worth more than new, only time will tell.
Personally, I think the '99 30th Ann edition WS6 cars will be the most valueable LS1 Trans Ams in the long term. Collectors that have '69 Trans Ams will want to complete the collection with the matching '99 30th WS6. IMO.
