Default What do you think it is worth?

I will be getting my car back and on the road here in the next couple of weeks. and the insurance wanted to know what it was worth. as far as replacement value. it is a 1999 pontiac trans am, brand new paint job. arrival blue. done the right way. see pics in link below.also it has a Mecham design wing, and a fiberglass 4 inch ramair hood from VFN. iron 408, ARF 225's, fast90 manifold, nick williams 90mm TB, 238/242 @115(blower cam).New Ram Clutch/flywheel. stock suspension. I will be putting new bushings in. also for brakes, NEW brembo blanks, Hawk pads, Steel brake lines. 2k1 Z06 rims painted dark grey. 115k miles on the clock. what would you guys give for this type of setup. I am leaving the sentimental value alone. b/c as any car nut knows. it would be worth 1billion $ if I added that in. haha.
link to the pictures. not complete yet but what I have so far.

Say its worth whatever you be happy with in a settlement if it were to get totalled/stolen/etc. If you go low value to keep the insurance down then you could get screwed big time, so id say figure in the value of the car (kelly blue book) then maybe 2/3 of the cost of the parts you have into it. So id say at least 20K id report if not more. It might suck to pay the higher rate up front but man if anything were to ever happen you dont want to lose out on all the money you put into it.
