Car was just repaired from collision...tons of problems

Car was just repaired from collision...tons of problems I recently had someone back into me in a parking lot hitting my right front side. All of the work is finished then not even a full week after getting it back my window motor goes out, my limited slip is slipping, I have that wierd tinging that many people on this site have described as the aluminum driveshaft whenever I shift from park or the car shifts, I have an exhaust rattle inside of my muffler, and my a/c went out.

id do a check on the company who repaired it through the better busniess beuro. ive heard of alot of stories of guys dropping off thier cars only to have come back to fried clutches, bald tires, etc. just an idea. sorry to hear about your problems.
