i felt the same way about a month ago, when i hit 100k... but after that, i could care less how many miles it has, as long as it still runs strong, which it does..

welcome to the 100k club

Im knocking on 100k, got 98k on my 00 Z...still runs like it has half the miles though. Im not worried the car will last me through college. Going to SeaFoam it this weekend, I cant wait to smoke up my neighborhood.

I wonder how many total feet of rubber patches are left by a 100k LS1 on average ?? I know at my favorite stop sign, I have many 50+ footers laid down. I love seeing my work on display.

p.s. Im only at 22k.....very happy to hear so many 100k + LS1's still hammering down

I know these cars can make well over 100k its just the first car ive had go over 100000. My honda i had before was ten years old and had 80k when i sold it. Well i can look at it this way there are zeros on the odometer now. Its got to make it just another few years and it wont be a daily driver after next year so ill be fine. Still a sad day but now that im there i can stop trying to avoid it and just drive it where ever.

Wait until you exceed 150K miles. My 2001 Camaro SS has just over 150K miles.

Jeebus people, they're cars, drive 'em. I fully intend on putting at least a few thousand a year on my roadrunner once it gets up and running. I think it's a crappy deal when you find one of those guys who just buys a car and lets it sit in his garage only to be looked at. These cars are fun as hell to drive the snot out of, so drive 'em!!!
