The 2002 do have the ZO6 injectors (28.8) and the LS6 intakes to. I am bretty sure the 2000 have 26.? injectors and a LS1 intake.

Sorry if its the wrong section i just closed my eyes and clicked

will the 02 keep up with the SS?

Cuz from what i hear the SS has like 330 hp to the 02's 310 but the 02 has alot of parts off the Zo6 like clutch and flywheel.

definatly go with the 2002 z28. already has the ls6 intake, it has half the miles, and is cheaper than the SS. if you like the looks of the hood and spoiler, get aftermarket ones and you will still have $$$ let over for mods and still have half the miles. otherwise there isnt much different between the SS and the Z28. there is a sticky on the differences of years and models if your worried about those things.

yes the z28 will keep up. it may even be faster since the ls6 intake adds between 8-10 hp. dont worry about the factory ratings. they dont mean jack. they were under-rated from the factory so the public would by $50k corvettes instead of $26K camaros. with a good driver on a good track you should be hitting low 13s in the 1/4 mile on the z28, same with the SS.

The SS looks better but the Z28 is a way better deal. The 02 is the best year. If you want you can just make your Z28 look like an SS........GET THE Z28!!!!

If the SS had about 20k less miles, it would be a tough choice. LS6 intake and Z06 clutch aren't really a deal breaker.

Get the Z imo.

The 02 for sure, my friend had his 02 dynoed and he put down 348 rwhp and 367 rwtq, with just exhaust and a lid, and I know another 02 WS6 that isn't that far off with pretty much the same mods, so yeah there are some freaks in the 02 line.
