Default How much do LS1 cars weigh?
Can someone post up actual weights of 98+ F-bodys? I looked around on the net for curb weights on Z28s and Trans Ams, but all different amounts come back. How heavy are these cars. I know there has to be some people on here puting the on the scale at the track.

PS: Im also curious how much a 1LE Z28 stripper weighs in at. If anyone has that data please post it up. A guy told me 3100lbs but that cant be correct.

I think on average you're looking at about 3500 lbs w/out driver.

Weighed my 98 z28 on oct 21, 2006. with me in it (200 lb), 3/4 tank gas 3520. This car has crank windows and manual seats, cloth interior, and is a stick.

my all option 2000 z28 a4 weighed 3,480 with a full tank of gas, NO DRIVER.

yea how much would a ws6 be with power leather seats power windows stick.with say a full tank with out the driver

Z06/FRC: 3129lbs
C5: 3230lbs
z28: 3450lbs
trans am: 3500

With no weight reduction my SS weighed out at 3410 with a full 10lbs bottle of nitrous that weighs 24 lbs. P.S. The tank was almost empty.

They're only around 3500 pounds. Not that much heavier than an optioned Camaro.

My '98 WS6 Clone weighed 3378 without me in it with a half tank of gas, power everything, leather, t-tops, and my helmet and misc. crap in the rear well.

well.. my 99 ss weighs 3356 w/ a 1/4 tank of gas.. w/o me in it. i have power windows.. power locks.. leather... power drivers seat.

- Weight with driver: 3720, Im 210, 1/4 or alittle more of gas. Had the spare tire in it as well, also have sfc's.
