Default sad news but good news

my car started to rattle and I thought it was the y pipe I had put on, oh no, the damn cats are history , but GM does the 8 80,000, with a cam and bottle I thought the dealer wouldn't do it but he said he would if I went and got it tuned first (because of the cam). no problem except I am still saving money to get the tune . I got 3/4 of the money to tune it, so for the cars sake pray for no unexpected costes so I can have it tunned on 11-17.

I think I will park it untill then

Make sure they dont reflash your ECU as it would wipe out your tune.

Hey I am the guy you called a noob, its cool though, I forgive you. Definently get it tuned, Around here (Bay Area, CA) tunes run $450-550. The cool thing is is that once you get a full tune at a shop, any tune that you want from them later on, they will only charge about $75 instead of the full price. Well at least that is how it is around here. You are lucky though, I have heard some people complain that GM voids warrenty if any part of the exhaust is messed with....
