30 thousand
Today, Sunday the 26th of November, 2006, at 10:34 a.m., my beautiful car hit 30,000 miles. I was sad to see it happen. I've always been proud of the low miles on my baby, and I know they are still relatively low for an '02, but I still cringed as I watched it roll over.

bought mine in march 06 I think with 25,000 and some change. It now has 27,500 and I cringe with every thousand. Im gonna get a trailer to take it to the track. Thats a good 80-90 miles to and fro.

I know but how does she run with that many miles? I assume it is the original engine/trans? Any signs that she is going? I had an 1994 Z with 108k and she was starting to show signs of going. burning some oil etc... Now I know the LT1 is a completly different engine but I was just curious.

Pushed over the 30k mark at the start of summer. At a little over 32k as it sits now, and it will stay there until around April of 2007. One of the good things about putting it up for the winter time is keeping the miles off of it.

I'll probably be hitting 30K sometime between the summer of 2020 to 2022. 15 years away and it already bothers me.
