That's what I was thinking. I mean he has a copy and obviously it doesn't have my signature on it and it's not like I didn't comply to sign it, he just never asked me to. But I did talk to a friend who is a lawyer, not in traffic court so he won't be taking my case, but he said it really doesn't matter that I didn't sign. Any other thoughts please? Thanks again.
