I <3 my WS.6 (once more)
Well, my friend did both axle bearings for $75 total, the axles showed only normal wear and no pitting in the bearing race area. Anywho, no whinine and whump whump anymore except for my cupped tires (I took a 1200 mile trip with the front WAY misaligned and we put those tires in the rear to even them out, so its a tad noisy, a throbbing thump type noise that phases in around 50 and goes out at 75, but such is a cupped tire and not really an issue as its not THAT bad).
Was so happy I re-filled the washer fluid (which holds EXACTLY 1 gallon, unlike fords wierd *** 3/4 or whatever that forced me to store an almost empty container.
Also rubbed it down with micro-fiber towels and ICE after thoroughly washing her
THX GUYS!

Yep, and DAMN this thing pulls harder than the LT1. After 120 my LT1 wasnt so hot, I took this up to 130 to test out the rear end ect. and let it coast down to 50 (quiet as a mouse except for the tires) and wow, it would have easily passed 130 without hesitation had I kept in it!

Glad you got it sorted out and you love your car once more

Yeah, and that ICE stuff WORKS! The maintenance guys at my apt. complex mowed right after I wiped it on/off and the car was covered in dust/grass 20 minutes ago when I left for my chem 121 lab (a shorter term for "something it rather have sex with a blender than attend"). I got her up to 70 on my way over here and when I got out, not a SPOT of dust or grass. I recommend the ICE stuff, its $7 or 8 and works pretty well from wash-to-wash and leaves the car feeling smooth. Oh, apply it AS DIRECTED, dont let it dry on there, WIPE IT OFF! or you will have to go back over it with something damp b/c it streaks like windex kinda.

I'm glad ICE works for you, I freakin' hated it. Applying it I was just moving it around, could never get it all off, and the streaks were terrible, even using a regular quick spray cleaner afterwards. Never again!!
