Turn signal wont work.
I got a dumb question. My left turn signal wont work. I flip it to signal a left turn and the light on the dash just stays on. It doesnt click or anything. The daytime running lamps on the same side do not work also. However if I turn the switch inside to turn my lights on manually both bulbs on the left side signal come on. Any ideas? Right side works fine. I'm not very good at little things like this mainly because im afraid of messing something up. Any help is appreciated.

did you try putting new fuid in it? thats prob why...... j/k
yeah, i would say try the relays...... when i first bought my car in dec 03' the turn signal would just stay on
but she was under warranty so i sent her off to fix the "little" things that were wrong with her and she came back good as new. and now she's got a little whistle to her......

The bulbs are dual filament.
* Dim filament for parking lights.
* Bright filament for signals.
That is why they still lit up when you turned on the parking lights, but they didn't work when you used the signals.
The 4th gen f-body has two flashers.
* One for left/right signals
* One for hazards
Therefore, if one side works and the other doesnt, then the problem is not the flasher.
Turn on the hazards and walk around the car. Replace the bulbs that don't flash. The problem could also be a corroded socket and not the bulb.
