The reason why I dont carry. I'd probably blow out your back window. The ***** to drive a V8? Some of us don't have the money to buy a V8, so we buy a V6 and hope to drop in a V8 when we get the cash. (Like in my case, V8 is sitting waiting to be rebuilt and dropped in).

Had a guy throw a cig out the window and hit the front of my car sending sparks everywhere. I got out yelling at him, he rolled up his window and did a quick right on red, cutting off traffic. There are some things you just don't do.

I wave to the Camaro guys most of the time. Or atleast a nod.

Not that I have anything against the firebird, but their owners sure seem to think they are in a league of their own.

One time I was out in my '69 and there's this guy with a sweet C5 that's blacked out (tint, wheels, jet black etc.... Looks GOOD) and his license plate says "OIL MAN"... The guy always wears dark sunglasses too and me and my buddies had an inside joke and always acted like "Oil Man" was a man of mystery and a real hardass like Bond. So one day I'm driving along and see him so I start laughing inside because of our stupid joke. Then he gives me the cool two finger waive/nod combo of respect and I gave him the exact same thing back... This was followed by a good 2 miles of laughing my *** off.

Sadly I quit waving first, but I will return a wave. Most people I see around here in F-bods either dont know what they have or dont care or its some 50+ year old lady. Some people look at you trying to figure out who you are since you waved at them

i get sreaming, cheering, waves from chicks when i drive by (they are parked) or in other cars I get the big smile and wave.. gotta respect the loud, low and slow f-body

always chunk up the deuce (rofl) to f-body owners or wave hell i pull over and talk to the clean ones

9 times out of 10 i'll wave or give "the nod" lol. if the car looks good, and it looks taken care of i'll wave. if it looks like it's just a normal car to someone, like they aren't really an fbody or enthusiast i'll wait for them to wave or something...and most people i wave to usually wave back.

When i see a f-body here in Michigan 9 out of 10 times its a v-6. So no, I dont wave to them because to them their car is just that, a car for getting to point A to point B. Last summer I was driving around and came to a stop sign and there was a guy there on the corner washing his vert WS6. Right away he waved and so did I. Other than that, I mostly get waves from Mustangs, lightnings, vettes. Yesterday I got a wave from a trailblaser SS. I thought that was cool, sweet ride too.

I get excited when I see other cool cars on the road, and I will often wave. It feels especially good since where I live, people are either not into cars or they are into imports which (no offence to anyone) I really don't like.

However, I don't often acknowledge Mustang owners because I don't feel a fellowship with them like I do with other GM owners, with the exception of Corvette guys, who are in a different league than me. It does suck when you give a wave, nod, or thumbs-up and get no response.

Voted a while ago, but yeah i wave. Unless its like an old lady, or someone who looks like they bought a 6 because it looks cool and gets good gas mileage.
