get the Cobra you will love it. I bought my old Cobra in 2004 for $27k spent 400 bucks tune,pulley and cold air kit and ran 12.00, later I added exhaust and bottle and went 11.22 132mph with 18inch wheels. later I traded it for 02 Z06 and that ran 12.20 stock but it was to much money to make it fast. so I sold it and bought another 03 cobra.

That was Z06, dont get me wrong Camaro is a nice car. I have 2002 Z28vert, I paid $26k for a sonic blue cobra with 7000 miles. I bet if they made camaro in 03 with same miles it would cost same.

Stall it with around a 3000 stall, and bang a 125 dry shot, shoot it before the MAF no tuning required. cobras toast.

cobra.. the only thing i dont like on the f bodies is the interior. my buddys 01 ws6 feels cheep inside. and give a stock cobra some gears,dr's,pulley,more fuel, and a good tune and your in the low 12's if not faster.

The whole cost issue is kind of dumb. Why not buy a 1k dollar fox body and put a 500 shot...exagerated a lot yes, but you get the point. Both cars kick ***.

low 12's.... thats what's sad about cobra's its already got a blown motor...now your adding more aftermarket parts to it? and its only in the low 12s...

just bolt ons on a stock ls1 motor and your running mid 12s....geez

...and that's what's sad about LS1's...I just added a few minor bolt
ons and I was running 11.20's. My guess is that you haven't even
cracked 11's yet. Tell me I'm wrong.
