I would say right at 400, give or take. I voted low 400s, depends on the heads. When i voted i wasnt really taking into account the 806 castings.

I am doubting 400 with 806 castings.

Stock for stock, yes the 241s will be better than 806, but once ported & pollished why would there be any difference???

Speed Inc has a dyno. If you wanted to really know you should have paid for it. I do not guess.
Nice straight burnout in the vid though!

My point is his setup is almost identical to mine except with 806's opposed to my 241's, which are both fully ported and polished. (The only issues that are unclear are valve sizes, cam LSA, and whether its the TR 224 on XE lobes or XER). We have the same tranny etc., so I'm saying high 300's, 390's probably, but I doubt 400+.

I know.

I was repling to 2K1WS6TA stating that he "doubted 400 with 806 castings". My point was, once ported & polished, 241 and 806 will be equal if valve sizes are the same. 241s will only be better than 806 if both heads are still stock.

I can't see this thing breaking 400. No tune, heads and the auto are really killing the numbers. I would proabably say around 370-390.

Ask the guy you sold it to if he has put it on the dyno.

I don't see an issue with the heads. Being 806s doesn't mean anything since they were fully ported & polished. They will make the same power as an 853 or 241 head that's been worked by the same machinist.

But I agree that the lack of a tune would be hurting the numbers at heads/cam level.

XE-R is a faster ramp rate version of that cam. More lift for the same duration.
