I had a guy in a jacked up toyota come up to me at a gas station because he said he heard my pipes and I blew his mind when I told him it wasnt a 350. Then he proceeded to tell me how his friend had a 78 vette with a LS9 from a 2004 ZO6 and LT3 heads of a 96 Camaro. Thats when I casually walked away before the situation escalated to a little of this . Sometimes you gotta know when to walk away.

Ahh the 350 thing...

One day I had a dead battery and AAA sends a guy out to jump me in the garage. He proceeds to tell me that my 06 Monte Carlo SS 5.3L LS4 is a 350. He jumps up and down, telling me its the best engine Chevy ever made and its part of the LSx family that are all 350's.

I just simply corrected the guy....and he looked like I just told him aliens impregnated his mother and his dad is from outer-space.

I said I wasnt going to do it...but today at Advance I heard a guy come in getting a battery for his 1500, and he proceeded to tell the other guy at the counter that he had a 350. Well, craig (being schoold by me of course) went along with it and changed the mans battery. I was twitching at the eyes so bad (kinda like a porshe enthusiest gets when you say porsh instead of porshuh) that i went out side and kindly told the man ALL about how great his 326 was. I think i made his day when i told him about 6 bolt mains. So rather than ruining his day, i made him stick his chest out a little. You know that hes gonna raise the hood and tell all his buddies about his 6 bolt main...then they're gonna get mad for interupting their conversation on the weather.
