Not good!
Oh oh, I paid $3.09 for BP premium in north GA yesterday. That's a first for me in Georgia (way cheaper than NC) and not a good sign. Looks like the first hurricane will push it up to $4 a gallon. These may be the 'good ole days'.

3.09 for 91 here...i can remember in januaryish time of this year premium almost ALMOST got under 2.00 per gallon...And we all know what happened from there on out. I heard one bullshit excuse for prices going up, is that the petroleum companies are switching from the "winter blend of fuel to the summer blend". WTF is the difference?! If anyone knows please oh please enlighten me

Yep, I wonder what the nest excuse they'll use to come up with an answer for the recent price hike. It was a third world glut and the refinery shutdowns. I can't keep track of the excuses. Then there's the record profits. I dunno man.

yep it's $3.00 or so for Premium here. They are loaded with excuses but i'm hoping this Hurricane season isn't nearly as bad as they are expecting. They are saying as bad or worse then 2005 with Katrina and others it'll hit $4 if that happens and we'll probably never see it in the $2's ever again when it hits $4. The problem i've read is that our refineries are damn near maxed out and it's to much to build new ones and they can't get permit's to do so... who knows...
