Default Keep up!!!!!!! NEED HELP!!!!!!! PLEASE

I got a 2002 6spd ws6 i put 4:10s in it and cat back exhaust. What do i need to do to keep up with a linginfelter 2006 GTO 480rwhp and a 2003 SVT cobra with 450rwhp. Im in a dilama? I need to keep up!!! I was thinking long tube headers, LS6 intake, heads and a cam but i dont know how much my LS1 with 65,000 miles would last with not doing anything with the lower end? PLEASE NEED HELP DECIDING!

Buy a big *** cam, long tubes, 150 shot of go juice, a 12-bolt, a good clutch, and a good tune. Oh and your ls6 intake and stock heads might be a restriction at that point.

A supercharger and a cam, with a good tune. If you still can't do it, drop a 50shot ontop of that Headers with a offroad-y(ORY) pipe would be smart too

you do realize that the 01-02 fbodies already came with the ls6 intake on it, so don't waste your money there, I'd say a big cam and matching heads, new clutch, 12 bolt, headers and ORY should get you close and a small shot of nitrous to put them behind, if your cars been taken care of I wouldn't worry about the bottom end until you start throwing some serious boost or juice at it

not all of the came with the ls6 intake, i beleive only a small percentage of them. Skip the LS6 and get a nice 90/90 setup

All 01-02 fbodys got the LS6 intake manifold. You must be thinking of the LS6 block.

I think you should read Jaberwaki's sticky entitled "So you wanna go fast". It's in huge letters at the top of this section.
