I just recently got a ticket on photo radar 62 in a 35 and am going to class for that on the 21st.
In the meantime, last weekend I got served with an 80 in a 65, cop just likt spotted me out on the highway and chased me down on his bike. not sure, i knew the speed limit when he asked and I said I was going 75, it was probably 90+, but he didn't have me on radar.. just his word against mine, but the cop is from a different city/county I've never even ******* heard of nowhere near where I was stopped.
I think you can only go to class once in 2 years, so I think I'm fucked and have to pay a 170 fine and take the points on my insurance. I start summer school the day of court and rescheduling it will probably just end up being in an inconvienient time also.

Try to go for a continuance. They won't make you or force you to go to court if it interrupts your exams and classes. Haha make it seem like its a summer intense 10 week thing and you can;t afford to miss 
haha.
Never ever just pay a ticket. Unless you hve money out yer ****

Good old Florida, and nope im 17 i wasnt expecting it lost for a full year i know like 5 guys who have been caught more than once and only get wreckless driving. so I got 6 months probation and one year no license. i get mine back in October!

well if i get caught again its automatic impound of the car, and i think some jail idk for sure about the jail thats what the trooper said. But its cool hopefully ill be in texas by the time i get my license any way. any one know the street racing law in texas?

Hmmm.... all this talk of tickets makes me want to go back and check Oklahoma for points and what not... I've got failure to yield (i was hosed)back in '04 , 74 in a 55 (Denton, TX) fall of 05. and 74 in a 55 fall '06 (year to the date and within an hour of the denton ticket, but in BFE southeast colorado). and 4 or 5 warnings.... man. time to check the law! hmm... i think i might be at 2 points if I am shifty enough with the dates... and I might be up for another round of defensive driving
