Default Car Covers

Not sure if this in the wrong section and the search is not working. What is the best car cover for our cars? I am leaning towards the SLP cover.

its thin and junk.. gayest crappiest little luggage lock with it.. .. good for protecting it from pollen and a little breeze.

its not designed for outdoor use. at least not for extended periods. even an SLP employee told me this when i went there to buy one. if youre keeping it in a garage then its fine.

My car will be garaged but I'd like to cover it keep bird crap and whatever else off it. People messing with it will not be an issue since it will be in a garage, but I'm also interestedin this thread.

garaged and bird crap.. you keep pigeons int he garage?

Its too much of a pain in the **** and time consuming to put on everytime you go somewhere and park...

it will keep outrainand now etc... but if it ices there is a good chance it will tear.

and the way the cheap lock and wire/chain clunk around.. you will eventually nick the lower body molding.

My car is covered in the garage.... but it's not even close to being a DD.

I use CoverCraft brand, Dustop series.

ebay 5 layer primo cover. Thing is awesome. You get what you pay for with this cover. They offer single layer all the way to 5 layers and the pricing goes along with it. I dropped $175 delievered and this thing is great. My car is a outside car, damn modern garages are waaaaayyy tooo small.

carscover was the seller

I have a Covercraft Noah Custom Fit car cover for my Z28. It ran about $175. I don't store the car outside, but with this cover it is possible.
