A forged LS2 has been proven to handle boost extremely well also.

I voted, but what was the point. You don't have the LS7 listed. Thats the motor for me.

Yep. LS7.

But I mean in my '56.
If I win the lottery. (yeah right)

The Camaro is good for me with the LS1 but an LS7 in it would be real good too. I was talking to a guy at the golf course the other day about his new LS7 'vette. He was saying that just driving along at 50-55 in third, it will completely blow off the tires if he just gets on it (no clutch dumping). Zero mods.

This is a goofy poll. Theres no reason to pick a ls1 over an ls6, and theres no reason (at least that im aware of) to pick the ls6 over the ls2.

I like the idea of putting an LS6 in my firehawk, it would kinda be like a period correct exotic engine for my car... I know its not practical from a effort v. performance perspective but it would be a little unique.

LS2 bigger bore means better breathing because valves are less shrouded.

Im on his boat. I love the LS2, bigger everything, but if it were my way LS7 all the way. I love my LS1, but newer and bigger always wins.

There's no practical reason to not pick the LS2 out of these options.
