the agency i worked for, was very up to date on the electronics even though everything else sucked....

this story you got was bs.....ive used the pa and it reverberates through cars and off of things...

ive also yelled, when im fuggn pissed....

and ive walked up to the rear of cars when some retard had the radio up and i beat on his trunk.....most effective

Probly possible, but it would bleed into everyone in the areas radios...so it wouldn't really work to direct a particular person.

But like said b4 it would be cool for idiots who aren't smart enough to pull to the right and stop when the emergency lights are going!

ha its happened to me and scared the crap out of me, when the cop pulled me over I asked if he tapped into my radio. he laughed and said "no its just the PA can play trick on the ears" we both laughed until he gave me the ticket ofcourse
