to address your other point, you're right, 27 is close to 30. Lets just say 29mpg instead of 30. 2 more miles per gallon = over 30 more miles per tank, that is slightly improved wouldn't you say?

No offense taken :alcohol:. I'm not trying to convince people that what I saw is 100% accurate and that is absolutly the way it is every single time. I was just stating that I have seen it happen before. But just as someone mentioned before "who builds it for economy?" I wouldn't.
