LT's install. What's so hard??
Just installed my Pacesetter LT's yesterday and had not one problem. It was easy as cake, AND i did it in my driveway with only the front lifted on a floorjack (jack stands for safety of course).
I took less than 4hrs. and the fit and clearance is amazing. Both sides slipped right in w/o any major fuss. Oh and the sound of the first start can only be described as WICKED! (open LT's)
Yes this was my first f-body LT install, and it was done with only hand tools. Do have air tools and the whole nine but the driveway was blocked so couldn't get to the backyard (garage). I'll admit i removed the passenger side heat shield but other than that i had to do basically nothing but a simple swap.
I don't get what all these people complain about after installing them??

Mine i had to remove the steering knuckle to get the jet hots in and i needed a little bit of ground clearence (ramps plus 3 in). Some people get lucky as others do not..

Thanks fellas. It looks like it does depend on the model of header. The only issue i have with these is the damned EGR tube!! It blocks the third plug every so nicely. I'll cut it off and weld the hole later.

i just put jet hot lt's, ory, and hooker catback on last night after work (on a lift). It took just a squeak shy of 3 hours for EVERYTHING. They only thing that wasnt absolute cake was taking out the steer knuckle, and getting the third back spark plug on the drivers side after we got the LT in.

Yes you will want help. Not absolutely necessary but it helps when you are bolting them up, also spray glue helps w/ the headers gaskets as well. Only thing to remember is tread all bolt at least a few threads in before tightening any!! Don't want to strip/cross any threads.
