I have stripped the mba ****. Stock one was ok, and now I have the pistol grip and absoutly love it. It makes it easy to hit the shifts, and is really confortable.

I was using the leather H Hurst **** for a while, but it just didn't seem to stay still on the TNA short stick, it would always unthread and look retarded, move around when I would shift.
