"The law forbids judges from waiving or reducing the fee." I hope that doesnt mean lawyers don't have away to get you out... I'd be in jail if WA would implement such "driver responsibility program"

By the way, the title of this thread should be "Careful, Virginians."

Man **** that ****. Sometimes I look down and I'm doing more than 20 over accidentally! I don't see that law lasting too long though. There are exceptions to everything, and the fact that a judge cannot waive the fines or modify them in any way is asking for thousands of complaints. What happens when a district attorney gets hit with one of these fines?

WOW that's the gayest **** i have ever read. Yea Virginia is so strict about traaffic laws, like you cant have a radar and everywhere you go there's a freakin cop.
