need help picking exhaust

i wish i could make up my mind. yesterday it was between the loudmouth II and magnaflow, today it was just the loudmouth II, and now im leaning towards the magnaflow again. i just got afeeling that the loudmouth II is going to be to loud like the original loudmouth is.
