I owe 20k still on my Imp SS since I just got it a few months ago, and about the same on my student loan. Other than that no credit card debt or anything like that, I try to pay cash for everything else.

Most of my rolling wheels inventory is paid for. Owe about 25% of the value on the daily drivers, including Jakes wagon.

In my opinion, an old car sales associate in Ohio it's good to have a credit history. How is the guy who waits till he can pay cash for vehicles and mods look in a bankers eyes?

Be smart enough to know your debt to income ratio, don't live on credit cards, and pay your bills on time.

I owe a bit under $4k on my car, between the car itself and a repair job. I'll have it down to under $3k by the end of May.
