Stock Z28 Dyno Tune worth it?

Those are custom tunes though. I'd assume the original poster just needs an A/F ratio and 1pull on the dyno, so that at most places is around $50 or so.

It's the gears man. I have stock gears (6 speed, so the 3.42 rear end) and it seems to mentally climb through 1st gear better than your video.

Lose the 2:73's and get a dyno tune. I have had 2 LS1's dyno tuned. One was my Cammed SS and the other is my 98 TA. Both night and day difference

get rid of the 2.73's and u will be very suprised if u go 3.42's or 3.73's... they totally wake the a4's up like crazy

i went 2.73's to 3.42's and was very happy
