What I meant is save some more for a cam and tune. At that rate just save for a nice set of matching heads. Then again your rear wont last much longer after that.

i was just saying for 1000 you wont get a cam/tune
or if you do, it wont help. cus you dont have suspension/tires or bolt ons to help anything.

the UD pully alone cost me $250, so had i not gone that way, a cam/tune couldve been less than 1K...

i didnt see you mention pushrods, or timing chain...thats another 150-200 bucks.

and only if you install it yourself, would you be under the 1000 price tag.

but that would leav little for a good dyno tune.
