Couldn't tell you.
Best I can guess, it is just a typical B4C car, and the department decided to "DARE" it up a little. And with the repaint, they added the mods.

I remember at one of the SLP days at Englishtown they had a Camaro police car and were doing ride alongs going through a slalom course on the other side of the pond. It had the light bar and all. If I remember correctly, I think Scott Settlemire was there as well representing Chevy.

ok.... what's a BC4?
We (florida) used to have lots of marked highway patrol Camaro's, but You only see one or two around now. They also have GT's, Mauraders, chargers, magnums, caravans, panel vans, and a bunch of random SUV's. I think there's more unmarked cars than regular ones down here a this point

reminds me of the neighboring county's 05 mustang GT, procharged
it was seized during a drug bust so now the county sheriff uses it as a highway patrol car, and on the back bumper it says "thank you drug dealers of Passaic County"
