i tuned out all the torqe and timing reduction but i think it still applies the rear brakes. i just over-power it. but it might explain my crappy et's

I used HP Tuner software to turn it off in the GTO as I forget to turn it off when I need to. In the truck, where the tires can't be spun over in the 5,800lb beast, I leave it on.

Mines always off with the 99+ PCM now. Don't have to worry about forgetting it on anymore, or spend the money on the module. It used to get me every damn time back when it worked, so I'm glad its gone.

What's Traction Control..

I won't even drive my car in the Rain..not that I can't drive, but it gets away from you real quick..expecially when the Stall locks up. It's alot of Torque hitting the road..

it sounds here like im the only wheenie left that uses traction control, i think imma start manning up and turn that sucka off, maybe ill start turning it off when i get some new tires. imma put up a pic of my tires and then u guys will know why i use tc

Friend of mines clicked on during his launch in a race.....cost him 150 bucks! Needless to say he got home and ripped the thing out of the port and cut the wires. Not sure if he got it tuned out or how he fixed that all i know is theres a nitrous purge and bottle opener where the button used to be!

mine gets turned off if im racing or burning rubber...but it usually stays on...had some tuning to allow it to spin a little bit more then stock when i get in it with it on...
